Office Manager Leesport Animal Hospital

Eileen Ferragame, Office Manager

Eileen joined Leesport Animal Hospital in 2011 and serves as Office Manager. She graduated from Faith Haven College in Ontario, Canada in 1984 with a degree in Theology and Music. Eileen comes with 20 years’ experience in the veterinary field, she is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Veterinary Managers Association. She was raised on Long Island New York. She lives with her loving husband Terry and 3 dogs (Duke, Azlynn, and Dylan) they are proud parents of a son Tyler and a daughter Devan-Shea. Eileen bred AKC Yorkshire Terriers for more than 15 years and was a member of the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America. In her spare time she volunteers with Mid Atlantic Great Dane Rescue and enjoys traveling thru out Europe and going to Tennis, Penn State and New York Giant Football games.

Stephanie Speck, CSR

Stephanie began her relationship with Leesport Animal Hospital as a client in 2009. She received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from McCann School of Business in 2005. She joined the hospital team in 2011 and has a wonderful rapport with so many of our clients! Stephanie is responsible for the hospital’s social media sites, our pet health care reminders, and all computer applications within the hospital. She lives in Schuylkill County with her husband, Ray, and their “furry” kid, a Golden Retriever named Kelli, AKA “Baby Girl”. In her personal time, she enjoys DJing, camping, watching college basketball (Go Tar Heels) and the national football league (Go Eagles) and going on vacation.

Rebecca DeLong, CSR

Becky joined Leesport Animal Hospital in April of 2012. She has been working as a veterinary receptionist since 2007. She grew up in Warminster, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, and moved to Berks County when she was in High School. Becky attended and graduated from Hamburg Area High School before continuing her education at Reading Area Community College. In 2006 she graduated with an Associate Degree in Psychology. Becky lives in Leesport with her husband, Steve, and her young son, Owen. Her home also includes 2 “furry” children, a Golden Retriever named Dusty and a German Shepherd named Missy. In her spare time Becky enjoys spending time with her family, playing with and training her dogs, cooking, running, and vacationing at the beach.


Lauren Priebe, CSR

Lauren joined Leesport Animal Hospital in 2013 as a part-time receptionist. She graduated from Conrad Weiser in 2013. She earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Management Information Systems, from West Virginia University in May 2017. She is currently working on her Master of Science in Forensic and Fraud Examination at West Virginia University. Lauren currently lives at her parent’s house while working on her Master’s degree. She is seeking full-time employment in Forensic Accounting across the United States. Lauren has 4 dogs: Bella (Dachshund), Max (Dachshund), Roo (Golden Retriever), and Quill (Golden Retriever). She also has one cat, named Jack. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as, her pets. Her passion is traveling and experiencing new things.


Lindsey Gambler, CSR

Lindsey joined the Leesport Animal Hospital team in February 2017. After graduating from Reading Senior High School in 2001, she went to school for Early Childhood Education and worked in the field as an Infant/Toddler teacher until joining Leesport Animal Hospital. In 2013, she attended and completed the Veterinary Assistant course at RACC. Between 2013 and now, she worked part-time in the Veterinary field on top of working with children. Lindsey currently resides in Reading with her fur babies, Boo-Boo (dog), Odisaeh and Sephora (cats), and 2 Siamese Dumbo Rats Feival and Atreyu. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and trips to the beach.


Heather Harner, CSR

Heather began her relationship with Leesport Animal Hospital in 2002 as a client. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg High School in 1994. Heather is new to the veterinary field but has been in the customer service industry for the last 23 years. Heather currently lives in Shoemakersville with Donna and their Doxie/Jack Russell mix, Griffin, who is the love of their life. In her spare time, Heather enjoys traveling, cooking, beer, wine and food tastings, gardening and anything to do with sports and the outdoors.


Lisa Bortz, CSR

Lisa joined the Leesport Animal Hospital team in February 2017. She has been working as a veterinary receptionist since 1997. Lisa grew up in the Oley area and still lives there today. She graduated from Oley Valley High School in 1994 and after high school went to Berks Technical Institute. In July of 1996 she graduated from Berks Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Paralegal/Legal Secretary. Lisa has been married since 1997 to her husband Ryan and they have two children Ian and Gavin. She has two Australian Shepherds Ryley and Velvet and a Guinea Pig named Twix. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, camping, playing Farkle with her husband and kids.
